Clicking blue area that says "Topic x" in sidebar doesn't select topic #167

We had previously talked about this being tricky to implement and discussed how confusing not being able to click it would be for users. Just met with some users, their only complaint was not being able to click on this part to select the topic. They thought something was broken and for a while weren't able to figure out how to select topics at all.

I just looked into this and it would be a very very small change to implement - I can try to implement and test it before the coming meeting!
