Right now it looks like someone (oh I wonder who) threw the page together in mad dash to get the feature in at the end of the summer and didn't put much effort in to how it looks or how the user might interact with it (it was me, I did that). Giving each of the dropdown options their own separated box and putting a box around the graph is what I had in mind but really just any attention given to the general aesthetic/layout of this page would probably be good. Also, the scroll bars on the graph are wonky.
