Make downloads more user friendly #98

For downloads that aren't meant to be uploaded directly to another program, adding column/row names could make them much easier to work with

on the flip side, would it be useful to tell the users about the downloads meant to uploaded into another program? It'd also be nice to give brief descriptions about what each of the files contains.
