JUI case timeline design - when will this be ready for others to use?

History tab - use of hover box beside an Event date. Why is this needed?

Make sure most recent JUI timeline is used in CCD UI designs (not a variant of it)

Payment timeline - this is not consistent with the case timeline. Review and define why/when to use one design over the other. Or consolidate the designs.

The timeline component is already in the design system.

@FarhadUX - please review the Case Timeline in the HMCTS design system and make sure all CCD UI designs reflect this. Review Payment Timeline to make consistent, where possible. Involve @robarmes and Ben Weedon.

@PamelaWoods, I am just completing this story - https://github.com/hmcts/ccd-design-backlog/issues/1. I will have a look at the Case Timeline in HMCTS (http://hmcts-design-system.herokuapp.com/get-started) - It may be the case of creating new tickets in Jira so priorities are aligned with CCD.

Plan is to use JUI timeline which is currently in design system across several payments products.
