Jira description - Hiding '(Optional)' label from data fields in the form.
Issue - Family Public Law have conducted testing and realise that based on GDS standards - when a form has fields that are not mandatory, users will ignore the questions. This design rule makes it difficult to gather information, when all of the questions on the form are not mandatory. (Please see image below).
A Design decision should be made, to allow services to configure whether a field that is not mandatory, should not display the (Optional) indication on the label.
