As a CCD UI user
In order to have understanding of where I am on the page within a tab and perform the next action
I want to be able to have information on the purpose of each section and links to the next action.
Current issue:
The key issue users face is the lack of orientation information. The system allows for no information on the purpose of each section, or what should be done next. This compounds the cognitive load of trying to understand the new service.
Proposed solution:
Formattable mark down required including:
Case contextual links (i.e. able to trigger events associated with current case state)
