This is an I&A private Beta requirement

As a CCD user

In order to have an audit trail of case actions.

I want to be able to view the actions I have already completed.

Current issue: Hyperlink – labelling is confusing, - could be seen as an event link and not a completed action link. When clicking the hyperlink it opens a new window displaying random case data. Users find it hard to get back to the case.

Proposed solution: Remove hyperlink on labels in history or click through to the content related to the specific action only If the link prompts new window, users must be able to access previous page easily, without confusion (Backup: Being able to remove History tab.)

]Would be good for it to be like timeline events in JUI?
