Add citizen patterns from CMC (Pete W - change this title to be one of your patterns)

Candidate patterns from CMC:

• Dashboard + Case view (currently being redesigned)
• Search (will add notes to existing entry)
• File uploads (added notes to existing issue ticket)
• Address lookup (is now in in the GDS design system)
• Preparing for a hearing (we've reused some work from SSCS, but I suspect this is a common need)
• Updated task list (TBC)
• Timeline (input, not playback)
• Statement of truth (added notes to existing issue ticket)
• Gathering citizen's financial details (don't know if this is something other services will also need?)
• Choosing a court

Just leaving this here as a braindump for now, will add individual entries when time allows. Or it may be worth discussing which of these to proceed with first.
