We re-used this pattern on CMC, with a couple changes which might be worth feeding back in:
We merged the header and first line as it seemed more efficient and avoided the more prescriptive 'click' instruction.
Also, unlike SSCS, our users would usually have to bring your own interpreter - the court will only provides one for Welsh interpretation. So we changed this and also moved it into the Language interpreter expanding section as it's only relevant if you select that requirement.

We've since changed 'can't' to 'cannot' as negative contractions are often missed and read as positive.
Thanks for the comments @PeteWilliams In the SSCS submission journey users have previously told us they need support so are required to provide at least one item they need support with. If I remember correctly there was a technical restriction with the 1per page framework which meant the page couldn't be submitted without an option selected.
As our users are predominately low digital the text 'Click all the support you need for the hearing' is intended to be instructional and encouraging. I agree for most users the interface alone should be enough to explain what needs to be done with out this line of content.
Provide support requirements to the tribunal.
