Also it would be better if we could say who you contact rather than contact us. How do we describe CTSC? 'Contact the HM Courts and Tribunals helpline'?

Thoughts @FranW1 @miaodon @adamsilver ? They are v close to GDS patterns https://design-system.service.gov.uk/patterns/problem-with-the-service-pages/ and https://design-system.service.gov.uk/patterns/service-unavailable-pages/ - useful difference might be how we describe how to retrieve an incomplete application.
