See if there is a Nunjucks Highlight formatter. #12

Currently the HTML one (default) works but need a Nunjucks one.

Unfortunately a nunjucks highlighter does not exist within the highlight formatter. However the prefix of 'js' seems to work quite nicely. GDS are also using this.
