Filter options to cater for mobile, desktop etc #26

@adamsilver filter designs have been updated to cater for various devices and JS availability.

This also includes a visual on how we may handle responsive tables. The shading is to give some indication that more data is available. This could be a horizontal scroll approach perhaps which would prevent manipulating the table which may/may not have an issue with accessibility.

This is a good first stab at it.
