Correct the dead Jenkins link: https://sandbox-build.platform.hmcts.net/job/HMCTS_j_to_z_Sandbox/ in the build application step, bullet point 1.

Should it be https://build.platform.hmcts.net/job/HMCTS_j_to_z/ ?

How do you think that would improve the project?

Enables new devs to complete the Golden Path tutorial.
