RIA-6871 progress bar colour contrast fix #989

Change description

Changed the progress bar borders/lines to gov standard dark grey instead of mid grey since mid grey contrast to white is only 2.08:1 which doesn't pass accessibility standards, and the dark grey is 7.07:1 contrast to white.

Assuming the secondary text colour is the grey you were talking about that is the dark grey is 7.07:1 contrast to white?

yeah, secondary text colour is the 7.07 n the border is the 2.08
