Deploy a simpler but functional IPAM solution as our IP address management system. This would replace the existing system and address some of its current challenges

Azure IPAM solution deployed as a container and running on the cftptl cluster
Service is reachable by the engineers and other stakeholders (architects / security) for IP address related information via app proxy with passthrough
CFT/SDS Azure CIDRs in use are automatically discovered and added to the tool
Other CIDR ranges are able to be added manually (e.g. Cloud Gateway, MOJ)
Knowledge sharing session planned
Documentation on using the system has been updated
