Change description

Integrates Crime programme with the slack help bot. Adds a button at the beginning of the process so content can be slightly adapted:

Area field added for Crime only (mostly as not sure of a good label to put for non crime)

Plato is skipped on Crime as it doesn't have any relevant configured responses for Crime. Knowledge store is skipped for crime for now as there is no known user facing documentation
