Should we begin limiting onboarding of new users to RCE? #54

Story Description Although the UI for Cannon isn't what we want it to be for moving users, it doesn't make sense to onboard RCE users only to move them to Cannon a few months later. Users who wish to join existing groups and users with level3 data will still need to be onboarded to the RCE, but other users should be onboarded to Cannon instead.

(Sarah) It seems to me that in order to do this we need to:

Define how we want to perform onboarding of such users, which may include doing recorded zooms with them Make sure we have the dashboard with the IQSS logo ready Decide whether we're ready to support them on Cannon

We held a meeting today. It was agreed that there is a lot of value in bringing new users onboard. In the end, we agreed that this activity can take place when we begin to address the activity: "[M] Initial IQSS user lifecycle Discovery Complete" BP3049
