error with line str = each[1].split(",",2) in function get_histograms

caused by incorrect version of create_attribute_histograms.py or incorrect attribute files being used as inputs

bug is fixed by changing versions of create_attribute_histograms.py also corrected get_histograms to fix a mistake in input file name
