Transition animations should be computed live #3

Transitions should be animated in terms of differences between the slides navigated between. Currently, only differences between successive slides (or PDF pages) are analyzed.

It would make sense to have a model of frames that allows for the computation of differences for a specific transition. That would e.g. work well with latex-beamer's clickable TOCs, in which each section is a hyperlink to the corresponding TOC at section start.

This is implemented now (f672d26b4c4d88ce392865622663019ea82b4e4a and following). Even if the transitions are not perfect yet, this ticket is solved.
