Improve layout and colour scheme of admin page

• Renames the Update and Reset buttons to better describe what they do
• Remove the Update & Reset buttons
• Move the All buttons to the left os admins are less likely to accidentally click them when switching between admin and home pages
• Colour code buttons based on how destructive their actions are
