SIMBL 0.9.7 upgrade fails #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download SIMBL pkg
2. Install package into /
3. Upgrade fails

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Product 0.9.7
OS: 10.6

Please provide any additional information below.

The failure occurs even if I run the uninstaller and ensure the SIMBL agent is 
killed before 
attempting the install.

0.9.7a fixes this (for me at least)

Yes, thanks for the quick turn over time. This now installs on my home 
computer. I'll check my laptop when I get
