no SIMBL plugin folders installed #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Uninstall
2.reinstall
3.uninstall..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be folders /Users/[username]/Library/Application
Support/SIMBL/Plugins directory; nothing in Application support

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.7 on Snow Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.
Unlike most installs, the wizard provides only for install for all users
(there's only one onthis machine)

Same problem. There is no SIMBL folder in the Applicatoin Support folder.

This is as intended. The installer only supports the system location in 
/Library.
