Add support for ReSharper 7/VS2012 #12

currently there is an eap sdk available here: http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/ReSharper/ReSharper+7+EAP

I really don't want to hassle, but is there any progress on this? After using it in R# 6.1, Agent Mulder is really a "must have" !!!

Sorry, but my main computer is currently not available (I'm in the process of moving). I will do that as soon as possible, few more days :)

Hope the move goes well ... No rush! .. I truly appreciate the time and dedication you talented devs put into these projects - "Real Life" must always come first!

Hey, I uploaded v1.4.0.1 with initial support for ReSharper 7. Unfortunately, I still don't have my main computer, I'm on a Windows XP machine, and I can't install VS2012 on it...

P.S. The icon in R# 7 is currently different, I'm working on it

not sure if this is an issue with the plug in or the latest nightly build http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-321616 tried with: VS2012 RC

Hmm, I will have to check, looks like this might be a changed/deprecated API in v7...

I just uploaded a new version with the fix. I had an older version of ReSharper 7, and they must've changed some APIs in the mean time.
