! Package minted Error: You must have `pygmentize' installed to use this package.

now that doesn't seem like an error caused by my diff...

it seems like a problem with pygmentize not being installed, but casually looking at this, it should be: https://github.com/hmemcpy/milewski-ctfp-pdf/blob/master/shell.nix#L58

unfortunately I'm no TeX or Nix expert, so I'd welcome any help/hint/pointer
