refactor: Update nix stack
- Switch from numtide/flake-utils to flake-parts
- Reformat files using alejandra
- Switch from nixos-21.11 to nixpkgs-unstable
chore: automatic reformatting of Markdown files using prettier
ci: remove obsolete Travis configuration file
chore: add prettier configuration files
ci: update Github workflows

Status:

Unable to build proper edition of the document because of an issue with minted package. Investigation ongoing.
