Can we have title pages always on the right page? #79

It would make printing of parts easier.

Interesting! Looks like this is the default, if I remove oneside from the \documentclass{book} directive, but now creates blank pages between chapters, to force them on the right. I don't think it's a big deal, so I'll keep it :) Thanks for the suggestion!
