SecurityCard: Use uiSemantics for title #9

make use of uiSemantics for the title
filter items for
- door --> tags.include(OpenState)
- window --> tags.include(OpenState)
- motiondetector --> tags.include(Presence)

Reason: Sometimes the equipment has multiple points and only one is relevant.

@ToDo: Find a reasonable filter for surveillance

Hmm, might be an old version uploaded to git, as those changes should already be present. I need to check. Surveilance is taged as camera with type switch here.

Just checked, the uploaded version indeed was an old one. will check in the latest version.
