Demo server database doesn't match repository schema #83

The demo server has 45 tables, but the repository only has "create" migrations for 34 of them (on master). This results in a 500 response for a GET request to the clients endpoint.

I reloaded the database from sample data before merging PR #82. I don't know why it ever got out of sync with the repository, but it should be back now.
