Missing a lot of functionality for the Duolingo Linux desktop client #65

The desktop app for Linux works well, but it is missing much of the functionality of the Duolingo app, though. In the mobile app for Duolingo, there is way more functionality for XP earning, there are friend quests, early bird and night owl chests for bonuses. There are daily quests and many other functions in the mobile app that would be great to get fully integrated with the desktop app for Linux. Something also that the mobile app has that this desktop app for Linux doesn't have is the ability to have it in dark mode.

This app is simply an Electron wrapper for the official Duolingo website. It offers, and can only offer, the same functionality as the Duolingo website does, and cannot change it. It's true that the Duolingo app differs from the Duolingo website, but there is nothing we can do about this, as that's all in Duolingo's hands.
