Unable to install PANDA

Hi, I have been trying to install PANDA on julia. However, all but one dependency package - DifferentialEquations is not getting installed. I git cloned DifferentialEquation.jl (version - 7.13.0) and manually installed it in julia and it's working fine. then, when i tried installing PANDA, it gives this error, which potentially (in my opinion) means that the package version is not compatible with PANDA:
