Researchers ought to have at least one ORCID-user, regardless of nationality.

Caveats:

email-address is not available unless explicitly set public, so we need to ask for it if it is missing
the username is the same as the orcid id, numeric, so we need to finagle a username as well

The orcid is currently stored on the social-auth model only.
