Look into print to PDF accessibility #22

Document how accessible print to pdf is for screen-readers. Would be useful to have a set of data to call on when asked. For example, in VO Mac, text is readable, heading semantics are lost, links are preserved.

Also how many users are even aware the print functionality can output a PDF? This is hidden functionality.
