I have now seen on quite a few services media="screen" is being set instead of media="all" as per the design system page template https://design-system.service.gov.uk/styles/page-template/ for the main app css.

Example in service [EU Exit] Merchandise In Baggage (MiB)/Merchandise Online Declaration Service (MODS)

Do you know if this is something the teams are setting themselves or is it down to a template?

I've not asked but I now suspect it might be a GOV.UK Frontend template setting (as opposed to AF) as I have seen it in the last 3 audits that were using that.
