Language toggle

Overview

we currently believe the positioning was chosen based on this document by the Welsh language commissioner: http://www.comisiynyddygymraeg.cymru/hybu/SiteCollectionDocuments/CYG1754%20Canllaw%20Dylunio%20ENGLISH.pdf

Different positioning

currently two different positionings for the toggle one being in the account header the other being in the main body

Is there a need for the toggle to feature both languages? Is the active language necessary? For example, when the pages is in English do the users need to be reminded they are reading English?

When viewing the English version the link 'Cymraeg' should be enough for the user to understand the alternative on offer. And the other way round when reading in Welsh the link could switch to only say 'English'.

We will be UR testing this approach in BTA soon and will report findings.
