how to implement the below api in our CPI ( cloud platform integration ) for getting code to generate token api.

Sorry to hear you're having problems, if the information on Authorizations in the documentation and the links in there can't help, can this issue be raised through Software Developers Support Team (SDST), via the link in the documentation under Testing.
