[Bug] Trajectory analysis doesn't work

Background Trajectory analysis seems to be broken for some experiments.

• The issue was observed in the experiment ID 077465bd-3a48-47ca-a504-694f45b75e1b, created 2 days prior to test.
• Initially, trajectory analysis worked as expected.
• However, after recalculating embeddings (modified the minimum distance parameter in step 7), trajectory analysis fails.
• If the minimum distance parameter is set to its original value, trajectory analysis works fine.
