Creating a custom cell set doesn't work for some uploaded Seurat objects #108

For example selecting with the lasso, or creating a cellset by combination Gives a "we couldn't save your data" error. The API is giving a permissions issue but this seems strange as it works for other projects that are not Seurat object uploads:

This issue appears to be specific to some Seurat projects but not others -- I will investigate the relevant project (2e38f051-2729-4408-a499-5ccf7cabeb94) further when I get a chance

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue by re-uploading the original Seurat object so closing for now
