[Development speed improvement] check why the PRs descriptions are being deleted on HMS #26

Somehow the PR bodies are being deleted sometimes. It seems to be triggered by some of the github actions. Probably the one linting the PR to enable / disable intgration tests.

Investigate and solve the issue
