[Cell-level metadata] Update Normalized Expression Table to handle new types of cell sets #33

Goal In plots and tables -> Normalized Expression Table there are different selectors with options to subset by.

Add a new one for the CLM and CLMPerSample types called "Subset by cell-level metadata"
