H5AD- Allow for h5ad upload (UI) #50

Description

The UI should allow for the upload of multiple formats of the H5AD file.

Steps

  1. In the file type dropdown in the upload modal add the file type H5AD
  2. When H5AD is selected a new dropdown should appear next to the original one, which would allow for users to select the specific format of H5AD. For now, only add Alevin-Fry format.
  3. Add it to the sample technologies sampleTech
