When you click Explore on a project in the datasets repository, it takes time to create it and load it in Data Management. This is not reflected in the data repository page (it doesnt show loading icon or anything) so you are able to click Explore on other projects meanwhile. This then creates all of them. Essentially the user can spam-create many projects, while the first one is loading, which is not good. We should disable and show a loading icon or something.

Change it so when you click 'Explore' on a project, the loading status is reflected - show loader and disable the explore buttons so that the user cant click on others while waiting to be redirected to data management with the new project.
