Initially, we're allowing users to only upload a single cell-level metadata tsv file. Every time they upload a new one, all metadata will be replaced. For that to happen, we must remove previously existing cell-level metadata from the cellsets.json file.
This should happen in the pipeline, just before adding new cell-level metadata.

[ ] remove previously existing cell-level metadata cellsets. They will have types "CLM" and/or "CLMPerSample"
