Background:

Most settings in Data Processing require confirmation before re-run:

Changes to cluster resolution (under Configure Embedding Step 7) do not.

If a user has already annotated their dataset and then changes the resolution, they will loss all their annotations. At minimum, changes to cluster resolution should also require confirmation.
