The volcano plot has an extra message:
For the selected comparison, there are fewer than 3 samples with the minimum number of cells (10). Volcano plot requires both p-values and logFC values, therefore the plot cannot be rendered
In cases like this the plot is not rendered. The problem is that some users still want to export the data as csv but this is also not possible after disabling the plot rendering in cases like this.
