Add ability to sort by metadata #32

Current scenario:

We pull in data from the samples, and have this as a dropdown.
If a user selects something, nothing changes in the visualization.

Idela scenario:

Sort the rows by this new value.
Ideally, add some space between the groupings (in this picture, some space between row 2 and 3).
Add a second axis for the metadata.
- For categorical values, this can be a color axis.
- For numerical values such as age, the number can be shown, or it can be grouped into ranges.
