Updates

Add About popup that is shown by default on a browser
Add About, Documentation, Github links much obvious to the header
Add Chromoscope title to the main views
Fold "Add New Sample" by default
Add "Document" label near the Add New Sample
Sort samples by alphabet order

Fix #108 Fix #106 Towards #105
