Issue came up presenting SJIA data where a particular gene of interest, IGHE, was not available to show. In this particular case, IGHE was filtered as only a few counts were measured.
I think it it will make things more explicit to make all detected genes searchable so that there is no ambiguity (am I searching the wrong symbol? was the gene filtered? is it not showing up for some other reason?)
