This is for #120. The final size for saving all CMAP02/L1000 queries against each other will be ~300GB. Each individual file is ~60KB so it makes sense to just quickly download each requested result on the fly from S3. This will greatly reduce overall setup time for users that wish to set up their own druseqr server as well as overall bandwidth costs for us.
