show drug effect size in Pathways tab #137

The idea here is to get a sense of why a drug/genetic signature is most strongly (anti)-correlated with a query signature by looking at how the drug affects the genes most strongly affected by the disease. This will take the form of showing the effect sizes for both a drug and disease signature in the Pathways tab.

Example of what this looks like currently:

The red/blue shows the effect of the selected perturbation (drug/genetic manipulation) with the color indicating whether it is opposite (blue) or in the same direction (red) as the query signature.
