show perturbation effect size as arrow in Pathways tab #146

This was a suggestion from Sam to de-clutter the plot (see #137 for what this looks like currently).

The suggestion is instead of showing the perturbation effect size values, show an arrow from the disease effect size to the sum of disease + drug effect size.
